Any notable damage or otherwise misprinted artifacts will be detailed in a product's description, to the best of our ability. CurioStar cannot accept remorse returns at this time. However, I do provide a Safe Arrival guarantee and will work with you should your purchase be severely misrepresented. Please read below for instructions for any item that arrives damaged:
If your item has arrived damaged, please contact me immediately at [email protected]. You will need to retain all original packaging/items as is. I will coordinate with you via email to collect pictures of internal/exterior packaging as well as the damaged item itself. That media will be used to file a damage claim to the appropriate shipping carrier.
Please Note: It is imperative that you contact me at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving an item that has been damaged during transit. I cannot process your return without photographic evidence of the item, and interior and exterior packaging. Please retain ALL materials until instructed otherwise.
Curio Star LLC Domestic Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed within 1-2 Days. Certain items require more time, but you will be notified of this via the contact information you have provided. True Art Home Goods and Denver Horror Collective Merchandise require 3-10 Days Processing. All other items ships within 1-2 days.
I do not ship ON federal Holidays.
If there are any changes or delays, I will contact you as soon as possible using the information you have provided. I can ship to verified PO Boxes (verification using Google verification system)
All items are shipped with tracking information.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Curio Star LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Theft/Loss of Transported Package
Curio Star LLC is not liable for any products that are lost or missing after the appropriate shipping carrier has established that the item has been delivered. Please ensure you have a secure location for deliveries.
