19" Ceramic Beer Stein Featuring Hand Painted Fantasy Design
Three pounds and nineteen inches of pure fantasy goodness. This enormous beer stein will most definitely be the life of the party and the most imposing addition to your bar. Is that handle a beautiful gold dragon? Why yes, yes it is! It crawls along the side of the stein, engaged with an armored warrior defending the royals at the top--a fully featured six inch topper.
This barware centerpiece, although displaying rather amateur detailing, is shaped, embossed and painted with a beautiful fantasy scene. The base color is a dark orange and its center scene is layered with powdered glitter. Cleaned and restored to be the perfect gift for that fantasy-lover in your life, this can also become a passion project. The colors have mildly faded and since no glaze or finish was added to the exterior, the stein can be retouched for more detailing. Note the faces of the characters, including the dragon, are somewhat obscure. Artist's signature can be found at the bottom scene.

Because only a thin layer of finish was added to the internal glaze, there may be an odor from the inside. This piece has been repeatedly cleaned and sanitized. When cleaning, use a light soap and water. Pat dry the exterior.
