11.6" Solid Wood Plate With Engraved/Pyrographic City

Too many piece of wood décor fail to survive through the decades, sustaining countless forms of damage. This handsome piece, is among the best we've ever found. Spanning nearly 12 inches, the artist E. Friedland used a combination of engraving and wood burning to depict the German town of Bade-Baden-one of the world's best Spa Towns. Although the overall landscape is more or less minimalistic, the image of Baden-Baden is wonderfully displayed and complimented with a laurel rim. 

This overall piece has a perfectly gorgeous golden glow and was expertly stained to prevent wear and warping.
